I am finding it increasingly difficult to find a wide range of natural health products here in Newcastle. Most of the shops I visit have a very limited selection, and the staff often seem unsure about the origin of their stock. When you are trying to be careful about what you put into your body, this lack of transparency is quite concerning. I work full-time, so I also find that most places are closed by the time I can get there. Is there a better way to source these items without the constant hassle and limited local choices?
